This October, we look forward to welcoming our new Head Golf Professional, PGA Member, David Drisko.

David started his career in 2002 at Bloomfield Hills Country Club before joining Oakland Hills Country Club as the Assistant Golf Professional in 2005. Over his 20 year tenure, he has been mentored by some of the finest in the industry where he studied their attention to detail, passion for professionalism and unwavering commitment to the membership.

David has played an integral role in the evolution and growth of Oakland Hills over the last 15 seasons. Along with overseeing the day to day golf operations, he has been fortunate to have served as the First Assistant for the 2008 PGA Championship, 2016 U.S Amateur and two Michigan Amateur Championships. David also brings to BCC experience in full scale course renovations and an award winning track record in golf merchandising.

David is not only a PGA member, but also a Certified Professional in both Golf Operations & General Management. He is working to become a Master PGA Professional of which there are currently less than 500 out of more than 30,000 PGA professionals nationwide.

David is a third generation Birmingham Resident and is grateful that his 10 year old daughter, Macee, will be able to experience the same wonderful community and opportunities that were provided to him.

David is thrilled to join the BCC team and is excited to help our golf department and staff work together to push the boundaries of what is possible to achieve as a team and lead our first-class organization into the future.

Please join us in welcoming David when arrives to Birmingham Country Club this Fall.
